My hero window cleaner
In a violent rainstorm, my window cleaner sorted out my mini-Niagara Falls.
Oh boy. The rain’s been lashing down and I found my gutter was overflowing. It was late in the afternoon and I couldn’t think who to call. But then it came to me. My window cleaner’s got a long ladder.
A short text to Jason and within two minutes he called. No problem he replied and was quickly round to unblock things. Job done in a couple of minutes. Money changed hands. Happy customer, happy supplier. I’m now recommending Jason to everybody – including everyone who reads my Seen on the Road.
Brand lesson? When someone’s got a real problem, solving it quickly makes you a hero and your customer into a raving fan.
Living inside the brand…you bet he was.
